Tenant Web Access

We now offer Tenant Web Access to make online rent payments!

To create your account, go to propsearch.twa.rentmanager.com and follow these steps:

1. On the Login screen, click sign up

2. Enter your personal information - email address, name and phone number

3. You will need to validate your account by entering your account number: Please text the office at 940-390-5662 to obtain your personal account number

4. Click sign up

5. Go to your email account for the account finalization email

6. Click the finalize link in the email

7. Create a Password, Confirm the Password, and click verify

8. Enter your Username and Password to login
